   Partners are individuals or businesses that have agreed to the terms of the All India Topup Partner Program to work with All India Topup to promote the Services by
   (a) referring clients to All India Topup;
   (b) developing All India Topup store themes for merchant use; or
   (c) developing apps using the All India Topup Application Interface (API) for merchant use.
